TÖMER has a total of 10 branches around Turkey: Ankara Kızılay, Ankara Tunalı Hilmi,  İstanbul, İzmir, Bursa,  Antalya, Alanya, Trabzon,  Samsun, and Denizli branches.

TÖMER branches were set up by taking into consideration such factors as the population of the city, tourism potential, and demand for learning foreign languages. TÖMER provides thousands of learners with foreign language learning facilities each year and, therefore, both makes great contribution to Turkish economy and tourism and spreads its language teaching services all over the country.

All TÖMER branches feature the same language teaching standard and make use of the same technique and approaches, as well as the same lesson programmes and material. Teachers to all branches are employed by TÖMER Directorate and sent to TÖMER branches after an orientation programme.

TÖMER Branches organize cultural activities so that the process of language teaching can be consolidated. There are meeting and farewell parties at the start and end of each semester; there are also trips to nearby historical and tourist sites, picnics, concerts and debates. All these activities are an integrated part of TÖMER’s teaching system and the aim is to promote Turkish culture and provide means for learners to get to know each other better. TÖMER branches not only teach foreign languages but also contribute greatly to the cultural and artistic life in the city.
